SEAT offers transportation service to the
general public and non-emergency medical transportation through Medicaid. (SEAT) offers a demand-response rural public transportation service for citizens of all ages.  Riders may access goods and services by riding SEAT locally or from Southeast Arkansas to any point in Arkansas and return. SEAT also offers round trip transportation to Mississippi and Louisiana and one intercity fixed route between Pine Bluff and Little Rock Monday through Thursday. Call Customer Service at least 48 business hours in advance to request a ride. Riders are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis when space is limited
