The West Virginia Library Commission promotes, assists, and supports the development of effective and efficient library services that ensure high quality library services and information resources to all residents of the state. The Special Services division of the Library Commission enables libraries to meet the needs of those who are unable to read or use standard print due to visual or physical impairment or reading disability.
