Special Needs Support Center
Special Needs Support Center offers important programs, support, and resources for children with special needs and their families. Your much-appreciated contribution will help SNSC continue with this mission and support the people of the Upper Valley area of New Hampshire and Vermont.
SNSC offers diverse activities and social opportunities for people of all ages with special needs. Most of the programs and services of SNSC are provided at little or no cost to participants or families.
Respite
SNSC is usually able to offer respite care funding support to families with special needs children under the age of 21 who live in the greater Upper Valley area of Vermont and New Hampshire. Funding is limited, and SNSC does not have a staff of providers but can offer funding for some “take a break” time (about 15 hours per month, equivalent to an afternoon or evening out per week or perhaps an overnight once per month).
