The CENTER FOR SPEECH & LANGUAGE is Nationally Recognized in the field of Auditory processing and is Troy’s leading center for language learning challenges servicing clients of all ages. We are pleased to announce the addition of several new research based and scientifically validated programs and services. Our unique Language Skills Learning Lab provides an accelerated and very individual approach to learning and a way to build the capacity to learn by rapidly acquiring advanced tools.
Our programs focus on brain processing efficiency through intensive, adaptive individual treatment protocols. This develops and strengthens memory, attention, processing rate, and sequencing—the cognitive skills essential for learning, memory and reading success. The strengthening of these skills results in a wide range of improved critical language and reading skills such as phonological awareness, phonemic awareness, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, decoding, working memory, syntax, grammar, and other skills necessary to learn.
