SPT Southeastern Physical Therapy
Southeastern Physical Therapy is dedicated to providing patients with personalized physical rehabilitation services in a caring environment. The highly trained staff at the Southeastern Physical Therapy clinics offer a wide range of comprehensive therapies, including Orthopedic Therapy, Neck and Back Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, Manual Therapy, Neurological Rehabilitation, Pediatrics, as well as Worker’s Compensation including Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Conditioning. Southeastern Pediatric and Adult Neurological Services has five convenient locations throughout Chesapeake, Norfolk and Virginia Beach.
