Adult Services Division – The Adult Program offers adults age 18 and older opportunities to participate in vocational and pre-vocational training, supported employment, life skills training, and community integration in order to achieve greater independence. Many of these individuals, while unsuccessful in traditional work situations, are extremely gifted in other areas. The program is constantly evolving to meet the needs of each individual and to find outlets for his/her many talents.
The main focus, as in all St. Coletta programs, is community integration. We reject the traditional "sheltered workshop" model in favor of opportunities that allow individuals to be part of the wider world and participate in all aspects of community life. Our individuals participate in a range of activities depending upon their interests and abilities. We have opportunities for competitive and volunteer employment for those who are capable of working with support, as well pre-vocational activities. Other activities include gardening, computer activities, sewing and weaving, home and self-care, grocery shopping, cooking and meal planning, community outings, physical activity and dance, swimming and creative arts.

St. Coletta Shops – are retail stores attached to each of our adult programs. The shops sell fused glass jewelry, tableware and home décor as well as hand woven items all made by our participants. In addition to being a point of pride to be able to sell what they make, the shops offer our adults the opportunity to practice retail skills and have daily community integration.
