St. Louis HELP is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides individuals with mobility problems and disabilities access to free assistive technology medical equipment through our recycle and reuse program that enables them to live as independently as possible and remain contributing members of the community.  We provide access to this equipment at no charge – making the difference between living independently and productively or living a life of dependence and immobility.

St. Louis HELP accepts donations of nearly every type of assistive technology (AT) equipment, in good working condition.  We revitalize and sanitize the equipment, store it and have it ready to distribute for requests from people with disabilities or their family members, support staff and friends.
