Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA)
SARTA (Stark Area Regional Transit Authority) provides over 2.4 million rides a year in Stark County. In operation since 1997, SARTA currently operates 31 fixed routes in Alliance, Canton, Hartville, Jackson Township, Louisville, Massillon, North Canton and Uniontown. SARTA is here to offer transportation service to all our passengers with different needs. That is why we offer our Proline Service to customers with ADA recognized disabilities. Proline offers transportation services county-wide in small buses that are fully equipped with the staff and equipment that can transport disabled individuals to and from their end point. Unlike our fixed route services, these trips are scheduled in advance.
