Steamboat Adaptive Recreational Sports “STARS” was founded in 2006. Our passion is being able to provide year-round, affordable recreational and educational programs for children, veterans, and adults with special needs.

Summer Programs STARS provides life changing experiences for clients with cognitive and physical disabilities, autism, injured veterans, and their families. Clients gain self-esteem, independence, camaraderie, resilience, and courage through our programs. STARS offers daily programs throughout the winter season and weekly programs and camps during the summer in:
