Welcome to Child Care Resource and Referral of Pierce County, a program of the City of Tacoma. Our mission is  to increase the accessibility and quality of child care in Pierce County. We build connections, and provide education and support to families, caregivers, and our community, so that all children have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Eighteen community-based, non profit child resources and referral networks help families and child care providers find each other.
