"he Arc of Central Virginia is dedicated to improving the qualify of life for people with disabilities.

We have been dedicated to serving those with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities in the Counties of Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford and Campbell and the Cities of Lynchburg and Bedford since 1962.

The Arc of Central Virginia is dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals in the community and their families to prevent institutional placement, now and in the future. We believe that individuals need choices. We encourage individuals to choose opportunities and activities that will help them reach their full potential.

The Arc of Central Virginia is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities by creating and encouraging opportunities for individual growth and development.
