A collaboration between Seven Hills Foundation, the Central Massachusetts Parnership for Children and Youth with Special Health Needs trains potential care givers, provides them with the opportunity for "real life" practical experience and encourages
them to continue working in a field that has a huge demand with few available workers.  More than 1,500 families in Worcester County currently qualify for this type of care. This program is funded through a grant from the Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts.
