"Specialized Transportation Service:
Are you elderly or disabled? Do you need transportation to and from a doctors appointment, grocery shopping or the Senior Activity Center? The City of Bellevue has a Specialized Transportation Bus Service that may be help you with your transportation needs.
The bus picks you up at your door and takes you to the door of where your going and brings you home again. You must call in advance to pre-register and schedule a reservation for a ride on the bus. We schedule trips to Omaha and Bellevue destinations Monday through Friday. The cost per trip is $2.00 each way for in town trips and $4.00 for out of town trips. Call 293-3138 to receive an informational brochure and application. The objectives of the department are to provide the following programs to residents in need of the following services and who meet the program qualifications:

Food Pantry
Information and Referral Services
Holiday Assistance Program. "
