The Denver Preschool Program (DPP) provides tuition credits for parents, and quality improvement grants to preschools. DPP is open and voluntary for all Denver children the year before they are eligible for kindergarten. The tuition credit is based on your family income, family size, and the quality rating of the preschool your child attends.
