The Division of Social Services is directly responsible for administering these programs: Medicaid, Delaware’s Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Program, Food Stamps, Subsidized Child Care, General Assistance, Refugee Cash Assistance, the Delaware Healthy Children Program, and the Delaware Prescription Assistance Program.
