The EASI Ranch
Equines Assisting Special Individuals (EASI) is a non-profit organization that offers equine therapeutic riding and equine assisted activities for people with disabilities or special needs. Our program provides opportunities for growth and development through therapeutic, educational and recreational activities.
EASI is a member of Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Int’l), the national organization that sets the standards for quality and safety. We are one of only five programs in Alabama to earn the PATH Int’l Premier Accredited Center member status. Some of the diagnosis we serve include: Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay or Disability, Down Syndrome, Emotional, Behavioral, or Mental Health, Head Trauma/Brain Injury, Hearing Impairment, Learning Disability, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Orthopedic, Paralysis, Speech Impairment, Spina Bifida, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, and Visual Impairment.
