The Family Partnership – Counseling Education Advocacy
The Family Partnership has been awarded the “Agency of the Year" award presented by the national association of The Alliance for Children and Families. Each year, The Alliance recognizes three organizations in different categories: small, mid-size and large. This year, The Family Partnership was honored as the best mid-size organization in the U.S.
Since 1878, The Family Partnership has helped more than one million of our community’s most vulnerable children and families. We are an accredited, human service nonprofit organization operating from our own six sites and hundreds of community locations throughout the metro, such as schools, churches, neighborhood centers, prisons, and food shelves.
In 2011, The Family Partnership merged with Reuben Lindh Family Services. With six locations, including two nationally accredited early childhood centers/preschools, we are truly better together.
Early Childhood Programs:
Early Childhood Program helps children ages 0-6 and their caregivers get the support they need early on, and before their problems escalate. Early Childhood interventions can identify risks and strengths in families that can enable parents and children to nurture and grow within healthy relationships, and ensure that high-risk young children start their school years with the strongest possible social, emotional, and cognitive foundations for success.
