The New England Assistive Technology (NEAT) Resource & Education Center.  NEAT is about ACCESS.  NEAT is a program of Oak Hill Connecticut Institute for the Blind, Inc., dba, Oak Hill, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization.  The New England Assistive Technology (NEAT) Center at Oak Hill was formed because limited access to services, equipment and devices that can minimize the effects of disabilities is, in itself, a disability. The NEAT Center at Oak Hill is a place to learn about products, equipment and services that assist people with day-to-day activities that they have trouble doing themselves, either because of a disability or the effects of aging. It is also a place to donate or buy durable medical equipment.

NEAT provides products and services to people of all ages with disabilities (intellectual, developmental, physical disabilities including visual impairments) each year. They include the NEAT equipment resource center, assistive technology evaluations, professional development, technical assistance and more.
