Programs for Children, Youth and Adults who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing

"The Parent Infant Child (PIC) Program is a home-based program for parents and their infants and young children. Services through this program are offered statewide and occur in the child’s most natural learning environment – home and community. 
The Parent Infant Child Program is a public program and free of cost to New Mexico residents. Services are individually tailored through state and federally regulated practices to meet each child’s and family’s strengths and needs."
