UCP of Central Minnesota
For over fifty-seven years, UCP of Central Minnesota has been serving people who are meeting the challenges of living with a disability in Stearns, Benton and Sherburne counties.
Programs and services include: Information & Referral, Public Education, Assistive Technology, and Scholarships for post-secondary education. UCP-CM is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. UCP-CM is supported by contributions from individuals, corporations, special events and United Way. Approximately 90% of monies we receive help provide local programs and services. The balance goes to support research and national programs through United Cerebral Palsy National. We are one of more than 90 affiliates nationwide. UCP consistently ranks among the top five health care organizations for greatest percentage of funds going directly to programs and services.

Computers Go Round is a program of United Cerebral Palsy of Central Minnesota to distribute quality, recycled computers to children and adults with a disability. These computers are used for school, work, fun, shopping or to keep in touch with family and friends. Since 2000, the Computers Go Round program has distributed over 400 refurbished computers to persons with a disability and their families in Central Minnesota.

UCP – CM provides grants to purchase specialized equipment for children and adults diagnosed with cerebral palsy who live in Stearns, Benton or Sherburne counties in central Minnesota. An application needs to be completed. The Financial Assistance Committee meets on the first Wednesday of every month to review applications.
