UCP of Hudson County is a private, non-proft organization that provides a comprehensive array of advocacy and support services to the residents of northern New Jersey.  UCP specializes in providing services to individuals who require an enhanced level of support due to extensive medical issues, behavioral challenges, or both.  UCP also offers more traditional services such as respite care, day treatment programs, socialization and recreation programs, and community integration opportunities.

Children's Services – UCP of Hudson County's Children Services Division provides a comprehensive array of services for children 6 weeks to 21 years of age. Services include on-site and in-home respite, daycare, preschool, physician supported daycare, and afterschool programs.
 

Special program components include a fully accessible computer lab, a multi-sensory environment room, a fully automated horticulture program, and accessible playgrounds.
