"Founded in 1981, the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Southern Connecticut, Incorporated has been working on behalf of persons with disabilities for more then two decades. In the words of its mission statement, UCP works “to advance the independence, productivity, and full citizenship of people with cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular disabilities.
We are a direct care provider for adults and children with disabilities. Our organization helps these individuals lead productive, fulfilling lives through a variety of services."
