United Services for Children operates a developmental learning and pediatric therapy center in St. Charles County. Our certified teachers and therapists serve approximately 500 children per year. We emphasize an inclusive classroom environment in which children with disabilities and typically developing children learn and play together.

We provide early intervention services, early childhood education, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and support for parents and siblings.

Our outpatient program, Uncommon Grace Pediatric Therapy, allows families to access life-changing therapies covered by major insurance carriers. We are leaders in preparing children of all abilities to reach their full potential.
