BLM – Roswell Field Office

The recreation area has 19 campsites with tables, grills, shelters and drinking water at each site. 14 of the sites have electrical hookups for RVs. 2 of the sites are handicapped accessible. Vault toilets are available throughout the park but the full facility bathroom at the campground has showers and is fully accessible.The Malpais Nature Trail (pictured in the map below) is paved and fully accessible with interpretive displays along its length. The Nature Trail starts at the group shelter, across the parking lot from the Visitor Center.
