Voorhees Pediatric Facility (VPF) provides a safe, comfortable atmosphere when skilled nursing along with rehabilitative care is recommended.

VPF, a 119-bed pediatric facility complete with a state-of-the-art respiratory care program, has set new standards for skilled nursing and rehabilitative care.

Centrally located 15 minutes outside of the metropolitan Philadelphia area, VPF has access to prominent tri-state area hospitals. VPF is the choice for children from birth through 21 years throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The staff at Voorhees Pediatric Facility understands the importance of caring for the medical, emotional, developmental, spiritual, educational, and social well-being of a child. Interwoven in the fabric of Voorhees Pediactric´s holistic philosophy is an interdisciplinary care team approach.

History

In 1982 the State of NJ approached the owners of this organization and asked them to open a program for medically fragile children. Since that time, Voorhees Pediatric Facility has grown into a nationally recognized pediatric specialty care center that offers 119 in-patient beds and the largest freestanding pediatric ventilator program in the country.
