VSA Arts of Michigan
VSA Michigan promotes creativity in people with disabilities by creating an inclusive society where they may participate in, learn through, excel in, and enjoy the arts. VSA Michigan provides guidance to organizations, teachers, and families to help them create inclusive and accessible experiences in the arts.
Since 1978, our constituents have expanded their horizons through VSA Michigan classroom workshops, art exhibitions, and festivals conducted by professional artists and creative arts therapists. VSA Michigan affiliate programming includes after-school art classes, in-school artists in residency, and public awareness events and festivals.
