VSA, the international organization on arts and disability, was founded more than 35 years ago by Ambassador Jean Kennedy Smith to provide arts and education opportunities for people with disabilities and increase access to the arts for all. Idaho Parents Unlimited, Inc., (IPUL) supports, empowers, educates, and advocates to enhance the quality of life for the residents of Idaho with disabilities and their families. Through its VSA programming, IPUL seeks to empower people with disabilities and to engage them in the creative process through opportunities that are fully inclusive, educational, and participatory.
