Department of Social and Health Services
ODHH is organized within the Department of Social and Health Services. ODHH is a small and dynamic office, serving Washington State deaf, hard of hearing and deaf-blind communities for thirty years. ODHH provides telecommunication-related services, reasonable accommodations to access DSHS services and human services via regional service centers of the deaf and hard of hearing. Regional Service Centers are located in Spokane, Yakima, Bellingham, Tacoma, Seattle, Pasco, and Vancouver. Contact information for those, as well as the Southwest Washington Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (serving Clark, Cowlitz, Lewis, Pacific, Skamania and Wahkiakum counties), is availabe on the website.
