The Washington Talking Book & Braille Library (WTBBL) provides a free library service which includes easy access to the informational and recreational reading materials needed by individuals in the State of Washington who are unable to read standard print material. Services include quarterly Brown Bag Book Club, downloadable audio books from NLS BARD and WTBBL, Evergreen Radio reading service information, downloading locally produced braille books, and Youth Services for Babies, Children, Teens, and Adults who work with Youth.
