In 1999, the WVHEA launched the Special Needs Program. Whether it is a 10-year-old at their first class, or a person with 10 years outdoors experience, anyone who requests or needs special attention can receive individualized training. Class presentations are adapted for individuals with physical impairments such as hearing or mobility. These DNR sponsored Hunter Education Courses are open to the public and are FREE.
