DVR provides employment services and counseling to people with disabilities, arranges for services to enable an individual to go to work, and provides training and technical assistance to employers regarding disability employment issues. We serve individuals with disabilities who face a substantial barrier to employment and their employers. The Division Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) works in teams. Team members throughout the state are available to assist all customers. This serves to maintain the unique relationship each customer has with DVR. Team members can now respond to our customers’ questions and concerns in a timely, integrated fashion to achieve DVR's mission – to obtain, maintain and improve employment for people with disabilities by working with VR consumers, employers and other partners.
