Technical College System

The Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) stimulates local economic development by providing the state with hands-on education that brings people and jobs together at incredibly high placement rates. The 16 colleges in the WTCS offer more than 300 career programs, including two-year associate degrees, one- and two- year technical diplomas, short-term technical certificates and customized training and technical assistance directly to business and industry. Adult Education falls under their Economic Development program which provides customized training for specific industries, and their Adult Career Pathways program, in which courses taken for one credential automatically build to the next.
